UK, UofL athletic and academic officials discuss NIL on ‘Kentucky Tonight’

On a new episode of Kentucky Tonight, airing Monday, Aug. 31, Chip Polston will host a discussion of how Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) is changing college sports in the Commonwealth.

Polston will be joined in studio by:

  • J Batt, CEO of Champions Blue and Director of Athletics at the University of Kentucky
  • Josh Heird, Director of Athletics at the University of Louisville
  • Kyle Tucker, veteran sports journalist and the Director of College Basketball Content at 247Sports
  • Brooklyn DeLeye, UK volleyball player and NIL participant

The program will also share insights from UofL Men’s Basketball Coach Pat Kelsey, UK President Dr. Eli Capilouto and UofL President Dr. Gerry Bradley.
